A wild nature tamed

Take the humble bramble – ripening dark and sweet in a wild Scottish hedgerow. Carefully, gently harvest it. Slowly reduce it to its lush, fruity, essence. Introduce it to fine English Dry Gin. Let the two become acquainted. There’s more Scottishness to The Braemble than, well, brambles. For a start, there’s wayward geniuses Mike Aikman and Jason Scott of the world-beating Bramble Cocktail Bar in Edinburgh along with their fellow Scotsman and Gin Genius Craig Harper.
They helped develop this magical liqueur – in collaboration with drinks legend Jeffrey Morganthaler, currently American Bartender of the Year. Then this beautiful liquid was packaged by Belfast natives Richard Ryan and Steven Pattison, the creative team behind some of the worlds most talked about bars such as The Dead Rabbit and Blacktail in New York.

The Braemble Liqueur design is inspired by the land from whence it was born. Scotland is represented by the Thistle and it's little recognised national animal, the Unicorn - and yes Scotland’s real emblem is indeed the mythical Unicorn. Ireland lends her rich flora, fruits and game.

England her crowning glory. A rich and diverse narrative all brought together in one thoughtful package.
The botanicals - Juniper Berries, Coriander Seed, Cassia Quills, Angelica Root, Lemon Peel, Cardamon, Liquorice Root, Grains of Paradise, Orris Root and Cubebs. Blended with Blackberries.
